1. Our Products

All of our creations are handmade to order in our small studio in St Albans, UK.
Because each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations in colour, shape, and detail may occur — making every item beautifully unique.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email once it has been successfully submitted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if, for example, materials are unavailable or there’s an issue with payment.

If this ever happens, we’ll contact you promptly to find a solution or issue a refund.

3. Processing & Delivery

Each order is lovingly handmade and dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page (typically 3–5 working days).
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes astray.

4. Returns & Refunds

In short, as every piece is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but we’ll happily replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or faulty.

5. Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom creations are made especially for you and are therefore non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We’ll always confirm custom details with you before starting work.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to update prices, materials, or product details at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout system. We never store or have access to your payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and written content on this website belong to Selis Atelier.
Please do not copy, reproduce, or use any part of our content without permission.
