Bring your imagination to life with a one-of-a-kind handmade creation from Selis Atelier.

Many of our fairies, angels, and decorative figures can be personalised — whether you’d like different colours, added names, or special little details that make your piece truly yours.

🧵 How to Personalise Your Order

1. Select a product that can be personalised from our shop.
2. On the product page, switch on the toggle that says “Would you like this piece personalised?”
3. Add your personalisation details — for example, preferred colours, names, hairstyles, or any tiny props you’d like included.
4. (Optional) Upload a reference photo if you’d like us to match certain colours, outfits, or features.
5. Once you’ve entered all the details, add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout as normal.

We’ll review your request and get in touch using the email address provided at checkout if we need to confirm or discuss your personalisation.

💬 Additional Details & Payments

If your request involves detailed or complex personalisation, we’ll contact you to confirm any extra time or materials required.

In such cases, a small additional payment may apply. We’ll always inform you first and send a secure payment link if you’d like to proceed.

🎨 Production Time

Each piece is carefully handcrafted in our St Albans studio.

Please allow around 3–5 working days for your personalised creation to be made and dispatched.

💛 Returns & Restocking

Because personalised items are made uniquely for you, they cannot be fully returned or refunded once crafting has begun.

If a return is agreed, a restocking fee may apply to cover materials and time already invested.
